Music classes for the ensemble program are typically 1 hour once per week. Monday ensemble classes are longer to make up for holiday Mondays.
Ensemble classes that are 1 hour in length have a cost of $55 per month with a $45 registration fee. Upon registration the registration fee and tuition for the first month (October) is due. Monthly payments are billed on the first day of the months of November, December, January, February and March.
Yes, we offer music theory lessons as part of our curriculum to help students understand the fundamentals of music. There is a separate fee for these online classes, see class listings.
Students in Wind Ensemble and the Beginner Flute/Clarinet programs are required to bring their own instrument to class each week and have available to pracrtice on during the 6 months of classes. Students enrolled in the Percussion Ensemble will be required to pay a $125 rental fee. This covers the cost of the instruments used in class PLUS students will be responsible for taking the instruments home each week to practice with. Fun Drum and Theory Classes do not require students to provide their own instrument nor is there a rental fee.

Practicing your instrument is an importance part of developing skills, technique and musical selections. The music class is a place to rehearse with the band not to practice the music.
